30 Days to Deepen your Yoga practice
This is a deep dive into all elements of yoga. Yoga is not just a physical practice. Yoga has 8 limbs that is designed to create a lifestyle based on these limbs that leads to oneness and expansion of your whole being. Every energy layer is taken care of, it includes cleansing practices, truths to live by, practices to tune into yourself on an energetic, emotional, physical and spiritual level, breathing, meditation, cleansing practices, detailed demos of specific important core postures and much more. This course is 1hr a day lesson online and follow up course module/assignments to link in with the subject each day. This is a special type of course I developed for people who wish to understand yoga better, who are training in how to teach yoga or who are trying to develop a spiritual/yoga practice.This course will begin on 1st November. 30 DAYS OF LIVE YOGA
Create a daily yoga practice at home with a live class every day with me to show you the way. It takes time to build the habit to practice daily. One of the most important phases of my life was my yoga phase where I developed a solid practice every day for over 10 years. It changed my whole life. All of my lifestyle decisions became about how I would feel on my mat the next day. I would eat lighter and make better choices so that my digestion would be good and my stomach would feel empty. You feel every decision on your mat. Connecting with your body daily on such a deep level through a yoga practice allows you to feel all of your choices. You will feel it if you don't sleep enough, eat inflammatory/heavy foods, drink alcohol etc. So the value in showing up on your mat every day is immense for your health. You will naturally start to make better decisions so that you feel better day to day. This course will begin on 1st November. You get access to this as part of my Exponential coaching program.
THE YOGI LIFE PLAN
This high vibrational food plan is designed to compliment a daily yoga practice. Yoga is not just postures, it is a way of life. This is a combination of internal and external cleansing practices, rituals, and added elements to compliment your practice as a dedicated Yogi. This plan is based off of my 10+ years experience as a dedicated Yogi and includes full eating guidelines to compliment your yoga practice and make sure you are fuelling your body adequately so that you get the most out of your time spent on the mat. This includes fasting, easily digestible, calming foods, food timing, purification processes and anti-inflammatory elements, how to charge your food so it charges you and allows you greater access to your full energy centres and more command of your energy and to feel better on your mat. This plan will be released on Nov 1st along with the 2 other 30 Day Yoga programs.
THE FULL 30 DAY YOGA TRIO
1-2-1 PERSONAL YOGA SESSION WITH CLAIRE
1hr Online personal yoga session with Claire with follow up plan of areas to work on to improve your connection to your body, how it moves and your yoga practice. Claire will assess your structure and give her professional advice on the best path forward for you to feel more at home and free in your body
Claire is the first and only female Irish IFBB Professional Fitness athlete. Obsessed with all things health and fitness, she lived and and studied in india, Miami and London to become a qualified yoga and meditation master.
She is Crossfit L1 certified and a Crossfit gymnastics coach.
Learning from many masters of different movement and training disciplines such as Ido portal, Dimitri Klokov, kino yoga, calisthenics and many famous bodybuilding professionals. She has a deep understanding of training and diets of all sorts, muscle and strength building, gymnastics skills, the importance of mobility, rest and recovery, mental preparation for success and stress management.
A lifetime dedicated to studying all sorts of training, nutrition and wellness has allowed her to cultivate movement and breathing skills and knowledge that transfer over to all the skills needed to be a competitive athlete or optimally functioning human in any field. She is now a well known professional athlete, coach, speaker and movement expert and continues to explore the possibilities and benefits of a mixture of old and new training methods combined with the most cutting edge diet and health discoveries.
